Me in a nutshell

I'm a product designer specializing in UX design. My journey began in IT, where I spent 2.5 years before transitioning into design. Since 2020, I've thrived in various startups and tech companies, relishing the challenge of unraveling intricate customer problems and crafting seamless user experiences from research to web design.

But beyond the professional realm, my core motivation stems from a simple belief: passion breeds excellence. I'm genuinely enthusiastic about devising solutions that enhance people's lives.

Balancing screen time, I indulge in downtime by cooking up favorite recipes, catching up on TV shows, or hanging out with friends and family. It's in these moments that I find inspiration and recharge for my creative pursuits.

My End-to-End Design & Research Process

  • This process emphasizes foundational research to ensure the final product is both innovative and fully aligned with user needs and business goals.

    1. Discovery & Strategy
I always begin by aligning with the client's core business objectives and vision. This is followed by User Interviews, where I speak directly to the target audience to deeply understand their needs and challenges. I then synthesize this research using techniques like Affinity Mapping (grouping user pain points into themes) and Persona Creation (building fictional user representations) to center the entire project around human needs.

    2. Ideation & Structure
I conduct a detailed Competitive Analysis to evaluate competitor approaches, identifying market opportunities and best-in-class features to attract the target audience. I then translate these insights into structural blueprints via Information Architecture (content organization), Task Flows (user journeys), and Low-Fidelity Wireframes. This foundational structure is quickly validated with initial User Testing for early feedback.

    3. Execution & Delivery
I finalize the visual identity and efficiency by creating a comprehensive Visual Guide and Design System. This system includes defining colors, typography, and reusable components that ensure scalability. I then produce High-Fidelity Mockups and functional prototypes, ensuring the final design is intuitive, accessible (WCAG 2.1), and ready for seamless development handoff.

  • This process prioritizes leveraging existing assets and focusing research efforts on strategic gaps, accelerating the design phase.

    1. Audit & Alignment
I begin by defining precise redesign goals aligned with updated business objectives. I perform a Heuristic Evaluation (an expert review against established usability principles) on the interface to identify inconsistencies. Crucially, I conduct a detailed technical walkthrough of the website and system to understand its front-end structure, back-end data flow, and content organization. I then conduct a focused Competitive Analysis by researching key competitors to evaluate their design strategies, content presentation, and successful user flows, ensuring the proposed redesign is strategically positioned to attract and convert the desired audience based on industry best practices.

    2. Redesign & Structure
Using the current content as a foundation, I prioritize creating refined Mid-Fidelity Wireframes to quickly fix structural issues and streamline complex workflows. Information Architecture (IA) is strategically refined or fully redesigned as required by the project scope or client direction to address deep-rooted navigation issues. The new structure is immediately validated through Usability Testing with stakeholders and internal users to gather rapid feedback on proposed layouts, ensuring quick, user-validated iteration.

    3. System Refinement & Delivery
I either integrate with existing components or build a new, tailored Design System to ensure the new visual language is scalable and highly consistent across all digital touchpoints. The final High-Fidelity Mockups are created with an unwavering focus on accessibility (WCAG 2.1) compliance and are delivered with clear specifications for efficient engineering implementation.

  • This process is highly focused and efficient, starting directly with testing to address known or suspected friction points.

    1. Diagnosis & Testing
Begin with User Testing on specific problem areas (e.g., checkout flow, a dashboard feature) to identify the root cause of usability issues. I combine these findings with client requests and, if necessary, a quick Comparative Analysis of direct competitors.

    2. Analysis & Recommendations
Synthesize qualitative testing data using methods like Affinity Mapping or Rainbow Sheet Analysis. I deliver focused, data-backed recommendations for design changes (e.g., micro-interactions, layout adjustments) that directly address the identified friction points.

    3. Prototyping & Validation
Create Low-Fidelity Prototypes for the specific segments needing change. These targeted prototypes are used to validate the new solution with a small audience before final High-Fidelity mockups are delivered, ensuring the change is intuitive and effective.
